Order Cancellation & Order Update Policy

If you wish to cancel an order or update any information on file for a recently placed order, please email us at support@evolvemala.com or reply back to your confirmation email within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we will begin to process and ship the order so it will be too late to cancel or update any information. Be sure all of your information is correct before placing an order.

Return Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee 

Our items are handmade with ethically sourced gemstones. If you're unhappy for any reason, simply return it within 60 days for a full refund.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. It takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account or original method of payment.

If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@evolvemala.com.

For exchanges, send us an email at support@evolvemala.com.

How to return or exchange an item

After you've contacted us in regards to your return or exchange, the next step will be to ship the product back to us.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return label unless you are returning or exchanging a defective, damaged or incorrect item.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Once we receive and verify your item, we will notify you through email to confirm receipt. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days.
