Order Modification or Cancellation
You can cancel or modify an order that hasn't been processed yet. If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us here. Most orders are processed within 2 hours of order placement and there is no guarantee that we'll be able to modify or edit your order after it's been processed. Be sure all of your information is correct before placing an order.
If you would like to cancel or modify an order that has already been processed, please wait until you receive the item and then initiate a refund.
We will replace any damaged items within 60 days of delivery. You may initiate an item replacement here: Evolve Mala Return Center.
If 60 days have passed since the date of original purchase, we are unable to process a replacement.
Subscription items are non-refundable. If you would like to cancel your subscription or update your billing/shipping information simply log in to your account here. Alternatively, if you are unable to access your account please contact us.
If you would like to cancel an upcoming subscription shipment, you must cancel before the charge date. We are unable to process refunds for subscription items after they have been processed.
Club members receive lifetime replacements on all jewelry orders made while they are a club member. To receive a replacement, you just need to submit proof of the damaged item and pay the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Please note that product inventory is limited to popular products and a replacement may not always be available. Evolve Mala, at its option, will either (1) replace the product or (2) exchange the product with a product of equal value.
All orders are shipped via USPS and typically take between 3-7 days to arrive after they are processed. A tracking number will be provided once an order is processed. Holidays and weekends may delay shipping and processing.
For all orders under $50 there is a $4.97 shipping and handling fee. Orders over $50 qualify for Free Shipping anywhere in the United States.
If you have placed an order and not received a confirmation email or shipping update, you may have entered the wrong email address. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered the wrong email, please contact us and we will fix it for you.
Applying Membership Discounts
ZenClub subscribers qualify for a 40% discount on all purchases. In order to apply your discount, you must create a login and password on Evolve Mala and be logged in to your account before checking out. You can log in and/or create an account here.
Once you are logged in to an account with an active membership, the discounted prices should be reflected on the website as you browse and will be automatically applied to your purchase at checkout.
